Hi there, I'm Korra and you gotta deal with it! I'm a 1-year-old female Labrador Retriever. I am current on my vaccines, and soon to be heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped.
3 words that describe me: Affectionate, Shy, Playful
Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I came into CRHS with 13 other labs. We were all kept outside in the cold with no food or water. Despite my rough beginnings I have a GREAT personality! I may be shy at first, but I'm willing to make friends with anyone! Just give me a little time and we'll be BFF's!
Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 6 or 7/10
Housetraining Status: I am working on it. Lots of praise and a consistent schedule will help me learn!
I should do well in a home: I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do well with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. I have never seen a cat before.
My favorite activities are: Playing with toys, playing with Asami, and getting all the affection I can get!
Things I need work on are: I will need to work on building my confidence, housetraining, basic commands, and walking on leash.

We are located at 911 Critter Court in Onalaska (right behind the Gundersen Lutheran Clinic). Animal visitation hours are from 1:00pm - 4:00pm Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5p, Saturday and Sunday 1-5p.
