Jet black, handsome, and full of mystery, Kurt came to us after being found roaming the dark, ominous streets. Not much is known about his past, but he is quickly growing accustomed to the pampered life here in the safe, warm halls of EHS.
ABOUT KURT -At shelter -Kurt took some time to decompress when he first arrived at EHS, but once he did, he let his sweetness shine through. -He is described by the volunteers as a calm, shy sweetheart who head bumps those he adores. -He loves leaning in for head scratches, often letting the volunteers pet him by hand and with the back-scratcher - on his terms of course! -He loves treats! -He can be nervous at times, and not in the mood to interact with people. Occasionally, he can become overstimulated and try to nip so it’s important to watch his body language. -Overall, he is a friendly, affectionate cat who is making steady progress in his journey to trust people. -Kurt is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
KURT’S IDEAL HOME -We are still learning about Kurt and are not sure at this point if he is good with other cats, other pets, or small children. -A patient family who can provide Kurt with the love, affection, and attention he desires would be ideal!
Kurt is ready to exchange his shadowy past for the comfort and love of a furever home. Are you looking to add a little mystery, magic, and sweetness to your life? If so, fill out an adoption application today!
