My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jacques — A Shy Little Helper with a Heart of Gold

Just like her Finding Nemo namesake, Jacques is a super shy but sweet kitty who quietly observes the world before lending her gentle support. She’s looking for a quiet, indoor-only home where patience, calm routines, and gentle encouragement help her feel safe and confident.

Jacques may be okay with quiet teens who respect boundaries, but one thing is non-negotiable: other friendly cats are a MUST HAVE. Having feline friends helps her feel secure as she slowly navigates her new surroundings. She’s unsure about dogs, so a calm, peaceful reef is best. Jacques will need lots of extra time to adjust and truly bond, but once she does, her sweet and playful nature shines.

Jacques’ Ideal Reef Setup:
Plenty of comfy hiding and napping spots
Cat trees, scratching posts, window perches, and shelves for exploring safely
Tons of toys, especially interactive and catnip-filled ones

Favorite Things:
Treats, wet food, catnip, and calm companionship

If your home has patient, friendly feline “tank mates” and a lot of love to give, Jacques is ready to just keep swimming her way into your heart.
