My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brew!
Brew is a lovable 6-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his smile. This adorable tripod may have three legs, but it hasn’t slowed him down one bit—he’s just as fast, playful, and adventurous as any dog!

Brew enjoys relaxing at home but is always ready to explore when the opportunity comes. He’s the perfect mix of laid-back and active, making him a great companion for both quiet nights and fun outings.

He’s neutered, heartworm negative, and ready to meet his forever family.

If you’re looking for a loyal, resilient, and loving friend, Brew is your guy. Come meet him and see just how amazing life with him can be! ❤️

More about this rescue

Welcome to Murray County Humane Society!

Murray County Humane Society is a 100% volunteer-run, GA-licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue based in rural North Georgia. Our mission is to provide second chances to animals in need by assisting with owner surrenders and rescuing shelter pets that might otherwise face euthanasia.

Every animal in our care receives essential veterinary care, vaccinations, and spay/neuter services before being matched with a loving, qualified family. Through compassion, dedication, and community support, we work to give each animal the opportunity to live a safe and happy life.
