My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chico — A Gentle Mama with a Heart Full of Love

Chico is a shy but sweet kitty mama who’s ready to enjoy a calmer chapter of life in a quiet, indoor-only home. She’s soft-spoken, gentle, and happiest when she has time and space to feel safe—once she does, her loving nature quietly shines.

Chico seems to do well with respectful teens who understand patience and boundaries, and one thing is non-negotiable for her happiness: other friendly cats are a MUST HAVE. Feline companions help her feel secure and confident as she settles in. She’s unsure about dogs, so a peaceful, dog-free (or very slow intro) home would be best.

Chico’s Perfect Setup:
Plenty of cozy hiding and napping spots
Cat trees & scratching posts for gentle stretching and play
Window perches for relaxing sun naps and bird-watching
Tons of toys, especially interactive and catnip-filled ones

Favorite Things:
Treats, wet food, catnip, and calm companionship

If you have a quiet home, friendly resident cats, and a soft spot for a sweet mama who deserves all the comfort, Chico is ready to curl up and make herself part of your family.
