My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***Thanks to a generous donation from Tika’s owners, all senior cat adoption fees are being sponsored through our Tika Senior Cat Adoption Promotion – including Hima’s!

Hima is a 7 year old neutered male. He is current on his vaccinations and microchipped!

***Hima can receive applications but can’t go home until after 2/10!

Meet Hima! Hima is a sweet but shy senior kitty who may take some time to adjust in a new home but once he does he is the most gentle man ever. He adores getting slow pets from his favorite people and just simply hanging out by your side. He isn’t a needy guy though and does just fine with his independence when you aren’t around. He is a mostly mellow guy who enjoys relaxing his days away but on occasion he does like to go exploring and let his curiosity lead the way.

Hima is a sweet kitty who enjoys spending time with his favorite people but he does get stressed out at times. So, he would do best in a calmer home with kids at least 8 years of age or older. He should do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given slow and proper introductions to one another. In fact, he did come into the shelter with several other low-key cats and may appreciate having another calmer feline friend in the home!
