Meet Holstein

Soft-hearted, shy, and professionally cuddly.

Holstein is a 6-week-old sweetheart who will be ready for his forever home on February 22nd. While his dad remains a mystery (very whos your father vibes), we expect Holstein to grow into a medium-sized dog with an extra-large capacity for love.

Hes the shy one of the crew, the kind of puppy who hangs back, observes the chaos, and then quietly chooses the best human lap in the room. He likes his doggie brother just fine, but lets be honesthuman cuddles are his true love language.

Adopt Holstein if you want a puppy who prefers heart-to-heart cuddles over roughhousing and will choose you every time.

Our adoption process takes several steps and cannot be completed in one day. All of our volunteers work full time and assist the rescue in their spare time. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

* Applicants must be willing to make a ten plus year commitment to their new family member.

* Applicants must commit to daily exercise, walks, trips to the dog park or play in the back yard. A well exercised dog is a happy well behaved dog!

* Applicants living in a rental property must provide proof of pet policy from landlord.

* Applicants must provide a veterinarian reference and if there are existing dogs in the household. All pets must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots and heartworm medication.

*Please allow at least a 7-14 day adjustment period for your new dog. Rescue dogs go thru a lot of changes and need a few days to get used to their new surroundings and adjust. Adopting a dog should be a serious commitment, so please be willing to work out the kinks. Our dogs aren't perfect but with proper training and guidance they make awesome, loving pets.

*Our adoption fees vary based on the age and medical needs of the dogs.
