My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Kaia!
11 weeks old • 10lbs • Female • Mixed Breed

Kaia made the trip all the way from Georgia with her siblings and she is SO ready to find her forever family here in the 716!

This sweet girl is loving life in foster care — playing with her sibling and the resident dogs like a total pro. She’s great with people (including kids!) and has the softest, snuggliest heart.

Unlike her sibling, Kaia is 100% Team Lap Life. If there’s a lap available, she’s claiming it for her official nap headquarters. It’s her favorite thing in the whole world!

She’s doing wonderfully with crate training and is already making great progress with potty training. Smart, affectionate, and full of that irresistible puppy charm — Kaia is the total package.

If you’re ready for a playful bestie who doubles as a professional cuddler, Kaia is your girl!

Apply at buddysrescue.org or if you’re already approved, send that email ASAP to meet this sweet Georgia peach! (81)

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
