My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bo!

Bo is the true definition of a gentle giant. With his big, soulful eyes and even bigger heart, he brings a calm, comforting presence wherever he goes. Despite his size, Bo is incredibly gentle, tender, and affectionate — the kind of dog who leans in softly for love and melts into you for cuddles.

He absolutely adores being around his people. Whether it’s lounging on the couch, resting his head in your lap, or quietly following you from room to room, Bo just wants to be close. His favorite place in the world? Right beside you.

While Bo is a champion snuggler, he also has a playful side! He enjoys a good game, a happy romp around the yard, or showing off a little burst of zoomies when he’s feeling extra joyful. He strikes the perfect balance between relaxed companion and fun-loving friend.

Bo would thrive in a home that appreciates his sweet nature and has plenty of love (and couch space!) to share. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate best friend who will greet you with gentle tail wags and warm cuddles every day, Bo is your guy.

Additional adoption info

*Please note that walk-in appointments are welcomed and encouraged, and will be prioritized over online applications.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your environment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
