My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Houdini and her sisters are new to the shelter so we don't know their full personality yet! From first impressions, she was less active than her sisters. She showed curiosity towards her caregivers, but was shy about being touched. She will need a calm home with experienced rabbit owners, or someone who has done lots of research and is ready to take time working on earning her trust.
Rabbits make wonderful companions, but they do require specialized care to thrive. Before adopting, please take the time to research their unique needs to ensure you're fully prepared to provide a happy, healthy home. Rabbits are not recommended for families with children under 10 years old due to their fragile nature and specialized care. You can learn more here:
https://www.animalhumanesociety.org/resource/rabbit-care
and here:

If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application in person or online:
https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal

Once you have a general approval you can set up an appointment to have a 1-on-1 meet. Rabbits can also be seen in their play pens during open viewing hours Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1-5.
