Sunday is a beautiful boy who is about 2 1/2 years old. He was very anxious upon intake, which is completely understandable. He will need some time to adjust into a new home, and will need an experienced owner who has time and patience to work with him and help him understand love. Within his first week in the shelter, he has already taken good steps towards learning to trust his caretakers!
Rabbits make wonderful companions, but they do require specialized care to thrive. Before adopting, please take the time to research their unique needs to ensure you're fully prepared to provide a happy, healthy home. Rabbits are not recommended for families with children under 10 years old due to their fragile nature and specialized care. You can learn more here:

If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application in person or online:

Once you have a general approval you can set up an appointment to have a 1-on-1 meet. Rabbits can also be seen in their play pens during open viewing hours Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1-5.
