My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Horoshock is a soft-hearted sweetheart with a quiet soul. While he can be a little shy at first, beneath that timid exterior is a loving kitty just waiting to bloom. With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, Horoshock truly shines and shows his affectionate side.

He would thrive in a peaceful home where he can feel safe and move at his own pace. Once he’s comfortable, you’ll discover just how sweet and loyal he really is.

Horoshock has a special love for cozy blankets — they’re his safe haven and favorite place to snuggle up. Give him a soft spot to curl into and a gentle hand to trust, and you’ll watch this tender boy blossom into the most devoted companion.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adoptable animals are located at our Taft Campus at 2200 N Taft Hill Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80524 or for more info call 970-484-8516.

The first step to adopting a cat or dog from Animal Friends Alliance is to fill out an adoption questionnaire. You can do this online!

The next step is to pick out a cat or dog! Check out our adoptable cats and adoptable dogs for pictures and short descriptions or come into the shelter at our Taft Hill campus. We also have adoptable cats at many offsite locations.

Note: not all available cats and dogs reside at our campuses. Some are at off-site adoption partners or in foster homes. If you are interested in a particular cat or dog, please call our shelter at (970) 484-8516 to find out about their current status and location.

We do not ship animals. You are required to come and meet your new addition prior to adoption so that we can ensure a good match.

Please note that we will make a copy of the adopters’ State ID card, Driver’s License or passport at the time of adoption.
