Meet Griffin — a gentle, golden-hearted pup looking for his forever home.
Griffin has beautiful, soft golden fur and a calm, loving personality that shines more every day. He loves being outside, especially playing in the snow, and enjoys romping around with other dogs. When playtime is over, he’s happiest curled up next to his person for snuggles.
He does well in a crate, but if given the choice, he’d much rather sleep close to his human at night. Griffin has been around kids and has a sweet, patient nature. He’s also fully potty trained, making the transition into a home that much easier.
Griffin came up from Georgia after being found as a stray. He has a limp caused by an old injury. To keep him comfortable, he's been recommend Librela, a monthly injection for pain control. Despite this, Griffin still loves to play, explore, and be part of everyday life — he just needs a family who understands his needs and is committed to keeping him comfortable and cared for.
When Griffin first arrived in foster, he was incredibly scared and unsure. With a little bit of time, patience, and love, he has truly come out of his shell. Now his personality is blooming — affectionate, loyal, and eager to bond with his people.
Griffin is looking for a family that will see how special he is and love him for exactly who he is. In return, he’ll give endless loyalty, warmth, and the kind of companionship that only a dog who’s been given a second chance can offer.
