My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carl is a sweetheart who will make a great companion. He loves to eat and can always be tempted by a yummy treat. He enjoys catnap and will roll around in delight when you put it on a scratching post. He also is a playful boy; he enjoys playing with string toys, laser pointers, and ball carousels. He’s a little sensitive to noise and may choose to hide if there are loud or sudden noises. But when things are quiet and calm, he is friendly and likes to be pet-especially a good stomach rub. Once he feels comfortable, he’ll go to bed with you, purring happily.

Due to a lengthy history of adverse interactions with children in his previous home, Carl is required to go to an adult-only home where his boundaries will be understood and respected. In the right environment, Carl is a very good, calm cat who will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a quiet, cozy presence to share their space.

If you’re searching for a relaxed orange tabby who just wants peace, routine, and a comfy spot to nap, Carl might be your perfect match
