Wolf is quite the opposite of his namesake. Not too outspoken and incredibly polite for his age. Don’t get me wrong he loves to play, but he’s also as sweet as they get. Has such a cuddly side and loves getting belly rubs. Has done extremely well with his leash training and is working on sit now. His favorite thing to do is chew on a bone until he falls asleep.
Wolf is in need of a foster home ASAP!! You provide the love, we will continue to provide food, vet care, preventative meds, and supplies.
All American Mix. His mama appears to be a Boxer mix. We think they may potentially have some pitbull lab, and hound.
We try to limit our travel time for home visits to a two-hour driving range (about 75 miles) from Morganton, NC.

You can visit our website to complete an application and e-fax it to us or mail it or e-mail it back. We will check references and set up a home visit once the animal is identified. The adoption fee is $100 - seniors always receive a 25% reduction in adoption fee as does a veteran or military person. Both discounts may be combined.

A Better Life Animal Rescue, Inc. is a no-kill foster home-based rescue organization located in Burke County, North Carolina. We do not operate an animal shelter. We rely on volunteer foster families to provide temporary care for rescued dogs and cats until they can either be matched with loving, responsible, permanent adoptive families or until lost pets can be reunited with their own loving families.
