Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Garp, an adorable white kitten with striking gray and brown spots and a personality that’s equal parts playful and affectionate. This energetic boy loves to stay busy, whether he’s racing after toys, climbing cat poles, or perched proudly on his favorite cat tree. He’s curious, confident, and always ready for his next adventure.
Garp also has a sweet, cuddly side—especially when he decides it’s time for attention. He’s known for charmingly demanding head scratches, even in the middle of the night, and he absolutely loves being picked up and held. While he enjoys affection, he’s also independent enough to entertain himself and relax on his own terms.
He gets along wonderfully with other cats and would especially enjoy a home with another young, playful feline friend to wrestle and explore with. He hasn’t met dogs or kids in rescue, but his adaptable nature suggests he would likely do well with gentle introductions.
Garp is fully litter trained and ready to bring fun, affection, and a little bit of goofy charm to his forever home. If you’re looking for a playful companion who will keep you smiling, Garp is your guy.
Currently fostered with: Roger Dodger
Garp is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.
Adoption Fee: $275 + applicable tax

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
