Meet the mighty Bridger! After a hard life outdoors, he now sports a lion cut shave and a little shorter tail he is ready to enter his bobcat era. Once his fur grows back, he'll be the gorgeous medium-long haired black superman that he was meant to be, but his current lion cut is super cute in person.
Bridger can take a bit to decide to trust someone but once he does, he fully commits to giving his love and has quite the most fun personality! This sweet boy is 100% lover and wants as much attention as you will give him. We don't know how he does with dogs, but he would likely thrive best with a playful cat friend and lots of interactive attention. He loves to roll in a lap while being petted and brushed as he is constantly moving. A home with older kids should be just fine too. Bridger must have a safe yard to enjoy the outdoors during the summer and explore nature but know that he can come back inside whenever he wants too.

Once you meet the kitty, if you and the kitty are a good fit for each other, then you will sign the contract and pay the adoption fee.

We require that adopters sign our adoption contract and a legally binding no-declawing agreement. There is an adoption fee. Most adult cats are $80 except for those who are sponsored or part of a special. Kittens under 8 months are $135. All adults are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens are adopted at 12 weeks of age or older and are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a group of individuals in Alaska dedicated to rescuing cats in need, giving them care, rehabilitation if needed, and finding happy homes for them. We each give what we can to help these cats get through this most unfortunate time in their lives when they have been taken to the pound or are otherwise lost and homeless. Some of us share our homes with these cats while they are waiting for their forever family, some transport them from place to place, some host adoption fairs, take pictures, post ads. Some offer financial help. And through this dedicated group of people, more than a thousand cats have been saved and found loving homes.
