I was discovered in an area where some kind humans were helping cats through TNR and finding homes for the friendly ones. I was scheduled to be trapped, neutered, and returned… but it quickly became clear that outdoor life just isn’t my style. I’m much more into cozy beds, steady meals, and humans who give excellent chin scratches (those are my absolute favorite).
I’m about 1 and 1/2 years old, neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and fully up to date on my vaccines — which means I’m ready to come home with you today!
These days, I’m thrilled to have a safe, warm place to relax and a reliable food source. I happily enjoy both wet and dry food (Fancy Feast Chicken Gravy Lovers and Purina One Chicken are my current favorites), and I’m learning that toys are pretty fun too — especially that catnip banana. I’m also quite proud of my meow. It’s top-tier, and I love to show it off during our little chats.
I may be a little shy at first, but trust me, I’m a laid-back, affectionate guy who adores pets and attention. I’m not sure how I feel about kids, other cats, or dogs yet, since my past is a bit of a mystery, but with slow, proper introductions, I’m confident I can adjust beautifully.
All I really want is a forever home where I can be loved, pampered, and treated like the prince I was clearly born to be.

We’re thrilled you’re considering giving one of our cats or kittens a loving forever home! Here’s what to expect during the adoption process:
📋 Adoption Application & Contract
To ensure the best match for both you and our cats, we require:
Adoption Application – Helps us understand your home, motivation for adoption, and expectations as a pet owner.
Adoption Contract – Includes an indoor-only and no declawing clause, as well as a Vet Promissory Note to ensure continued veterinary care and spay/neuter follow-through (if applicable).

We do not adopt out of state, except on a case-by-case basis near the North Carolina border.
💸 Adoption Donations
Your donation helps us continue rescuing and caring for cats in need:
Kittens – a minimum donation of $200.
(Includes spay/neuter, vaccine series, deworming, and medical care.)
Spayed/Neutered cats – a minimum donation of $200
Bonded pairs – a minimum donation of $300
Career/Barn cats – a minimum donation of $25

Billy the Kidden Rescue is a VDACS-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2014 and supported by a network of over 60 active foster homes across Hampton Roads.
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce the feral cat population in our community by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens—transforming them into loving, adoptable pets and placing them in safe, forever homes.

Our feral kitten socialization program is one of a kind—with a 90% success rate in helping feral-born kittens become affectionate, in-home pets. Through experienced fostering, patience, and love, these kittens learn to trust, play, and thrive indoors.
