For The Cats' Sake
Beautiful SWEETIE is just a year and a half old, and was recently returned from her adopters after a year. The home was active and something about it scared her, so she spent most of her time under the bed, and we think she just needs a different home. She's very affectionate and lives up to her name since returning to us. SWEETIE also checked out fine on her wellness exam, and she is good with any 'nice' cats or dogs. She probably would like a little less activity than she got from a young noisy family home, but she really isn't all that timid, so much as sensitive and intelligent. We would love to find her next forever home, and hope that someone sees this post and falls in love with her gorgeous green eyes and super floofy, long tail!

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend over $250 to cover spay and neutering, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask for a minimum donation of $80 per cat, and that adopters pay more if they are able to. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.

Cats or kittens are generally viewed at our main foster location Flint Hill, when they are ready for adoption, so you willhave a good choice
Home Check
We will deliver your kitty to you and do a basic home check at that time. All vet records will be provided then and the contract signed.
