GENTLE NATURED SWEETIE NEEDS A HOME THAT`S FAIRLY CALM AND EASY GOING. LOVES BEING AROUND PEOPLE OF ALL AGES THAT WILL BE GENTLE. USED TO BEING AROUND OTHER SWEET CATS. WILL NEED OCCASIONAL BRUSHING.
When I`m alone, I sit quietly waiting. When someone comes along to see me, I wait just to be sure, but when you pet me I know it`s time to shine! I come to life and right over to see you. I love being pet and showing off my best biscuit making moves on my soft blankets! I`m so happy when people are around, that you can see it on my face! My big perky tail stands up as I tippy toe in delight. I`m not used to having toys, so I`ll be learning to play while I`m here. I`ll always have little toys, I`ll be drawn to the motion activated toys that move and spin to practice my hunting skills. I`m already starting to play with the wand toys with people, and beginning to catch on to the fun we`ll have together! Continue to encourage my play time, and join in anytime. I like being buddies and playing with my relatives in the big room, so fun kitty friends at home will be nice too. I`ll enjoy having soft blankets around the house and a cat tree to climb with a sleep box on it for my private space. I love getting a few yummy treats everyday, that shows me special to you too!

The Colony Animal Services strives to protect andTCAS LOGO-UPDATED nurture The City of The Colony’s lost, homeless, abused, injured, and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for the Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to serve the citizens and pets of The Colony.
Animal Services is committed to saving each and every animal that comes into our care. Over the last few years, we have improved our live release rate to 97%. We hold our standards high at keeping this percentage, and in doing so, we ask our rescue partners and citizens to help us pursue finding our animals forever homes.
Every year, we get over a hundred injured and sick animals that need our help. In order for us to help them, we use our donated medical fund to give them the proper care and treatment they need. The only way for us to provide this needed medical care is through our generous financial donors. Every penny donated is sent to our medical fund. Please help us continue this much needed medical care for our animals by donating. Even if you cannot donate, it is a huge help to share posts on social media.
