My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noelle is a 3-year-old spayed female Pit Bull with a beautiful white and blue coat and a whole lot of love to give. This sweet girl enjoys getting out for walks and does well overall, though she can pull a bit when she’s excited—so a harness is her best walking buddy.

Noelle already knows how to sit and is wonderfully polite when it comes to treats, taking them very gently. Speaking of treats… she’s definitely a foodie, and snacks are the quickest way to make her tail wag and her heart happy! She can be a bit vocal in her kennel, which tells us she’d do best in a home with a fenced-in backyard where she can relax, stretch her legs, and enjoy some quiet time outside. Once she’s out and about, her sweet personality really shines.

If you’re looking for a food-motivated, smart, and loving companion who enjoys walks and will thrive in a home of her own, Noelle might be the perfect match for you. Come meet her and see if she’s the missing piece to your family!

More about this shelter

The Colony Animal Services strives to protect andTCAS LOGO-UPDATED nurture The City of The Colony’s lost, homeless, abused, injured, and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for the Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to serve the citizens and pets of The Colony.

Animal Services is committed to saving each and every animal that comes into our care. Over the last few years, we have improved our live release rate to 97%. We hold our standards high at keeping this percentage, and in doing so, we ask our rescue partners and citizens to help us pursue finding our animals forever homes.

Every year, we get over a hundred injured and sick animals that need our help. In order for us to help them, we use our donated medical fund to give them the proper care and treatment they need. The only way for us to provide this needed medical care is through our generous financial donors. Every penny donated is sent to our medical fund. Please help us continue this much needed medical care for our animals by donating. Even if you cannot donate, it is a huge help to share posts on social media.
