I`m a little cutie pie with the white tip on my big fuzzy tail. I`m likely to bounce right over to meet you once I see a friendly person! I`m very sweet and longing for attention! I`m pretty brave in new places and with new people, but still a little cautious at first. I can get startled with things moving around me as I`m getting used new surroundings, so try to remember to move slowly for a little while, introduce me to new places and things at a slow pace. In a few days I will be familiar with everything and everybody and not worry so much. I`m not used to toys and I`ve been afraid of playing with wand toys so far, but as I get to know everybody, and spend time with my playful relatives in the big room, my fun side will start to reappear. I like to explore and find the best places to hang out. I like making biscuits on soft blankets, and climbing a little to sit in a window on a cat tree with a private sleeper box in the middle to feel safe and cozy. My whole family is smart and playful, so encourage me to play and join in, you`ll love watching me have fun! Reward me with a few of my favorite cat treats!

The Colony Animal Services strives to protect andTCAS LOGO-UPDATED nurture The City of The Colony’s lost, homeless, abused, injured, and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for the Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to serve the citizens and pets of The Colony.
Animal Services is committed to saving each and every animal that comes into our care. Over the last few years, we have improved our live release rate to 97%. We hold our standards high at keeping this percentage, and in doing so, we ask our rescue partners and citizens to help us pursue finding our animals forever homes.
Every year, we get over a hundred injured and sick animals that need our help. In order for us to help them, we use our donated medical fund to give them the proper care and treatment they need. The only way for us to provide this needed medical care is through our generous financial donors. Every penny donated is sent to our medical fund. Please help us continue this much needed medical care for our animals by donating. Even if you cannot donate, it is a huge help to share posts on social media.
