My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Gussie — A Gentle Little Lady

Miss Gussie is a shy but very sweet kitty who just needs a little time and patience to let her soft, loving personality shine. She may start off a bit quiet while she gets used to a new space, but once she feels safe, her gentle nature and sweet spirit really begin to show. Miss Gussie enjoys peaceful surroundings and cozy moments where she can relax and watch the world at her own pace.

She’s looking for a calm, indoor-only home where she can settle in comfortably. Miss Gussie seems like she could do well with mature kids who understand how to respect a cat’s boundaries and give her the space she needs while she adjusts. She may also be okay with another cat after a slow introduction, though her feelings about dogs are still unknown.

Miss Gussie’s Perfect Setup:
Plenty of comfy hiding spots and cozy beds for safe naps
Quiet corners or window spots where she can relax and observe
Patient humans who will let her blossom at her own pace

With a little time, love, and a peaceful home, Miss Gussie has all the potential to become a wonderfully sweet companion who fills your days with quiet affection and gentle charm.

Behavior and personality assessment is based on information provided by previous owner(s) and/or observations in a shelter environment and may not accurately reflect the pet’s behavior in your home.
