Story
Approximate Date of Birth:2/24/2022 Description:  Sitka Rose is a beautiful, independent girl. She is confident but reserved. At one time, Sitka was someone's pet but she was discarded to the wilds and left to fend off the coyotes. Sitka will need a little time to really get to know her family, but once she realizes she is in HER forever home she will be a loyal, loving companion. Sitka is intelligent and will talk to you, especially once she gets to know you. Sitka is truly a head-turner! She would love to experience a trusting, loving family so she can demonstrate just how big her heart is. Words to Describe Me: Independent, talkative Favorite Place to Sleep: Cat tree by the window Kitty's Likes: chin and head scratches Kitty's Dislikes: does not like to be held, belly rubs, or lower back & back legs pet Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: treats, head scratches Favorite Treat: loves fancy feast pate                 Good with Cats:  Does not care for cats.         Good with Dogs: Unknown.  Good with Children: Can live in a house with children over the age of 12.            Companion Animal: Not necessary. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Approximate Date of Birth:2/7/2020 Description:   Whiskey row is a beautiful long-haired kitty with Siamese coloring, including the most stunning blue eyes! He is very sweet and loving and affectionate, but a little shy at first, and very head shy in general. He will put his back out to you for pets, and is very reactive in showing his love of it! At first Whiskey is wary of pets on his head. He has a damaged ear canal with scar tissue thickening the pathway to it. Whatever the cause, we suspect a long, unchecked ear infection, he is understandably very sensitive about it. We believe he will eventually let his guard down with time at his forever home! He is very loving and affectionate with anyone willing to offer time and patience for him to adjust! Words to Describe Me: Affectionate, soft, loving, easily spooked. Kitty's Likes: Back pets and butt scratches! Kitty's Dislikes: Have direct approaches to his head, or quick movements. Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Pat me gently and move slowly Good with Cats:   Likes cats given a proper introduction.  Good with Dogs:   Unknown, but optimistic (Animal has not met a dog). Good with Children:   Can live in a house with children over the age of 12.     Companion Animal:  Not necessary. Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Approximate Date of Birth: 07/01/2022 Description:   I'm the loveliest fluff you ever have seen. I will follow you everywhere to see what you are doing. If you are working, cooking or cleaning, I will always be next to you. I will cuddle with you on the bed, if you allow me. I’m the best sidekick you will ever know. I’m open to having more siblings but a slow introduction is best. I might hiss at first, but I won’t hurt anyone. I’m not scared of strange people visiting the house. I will come running to greet all guests. Side note: I have a congenital illness that is out of my control. I cannot eliminate feces (poop) by myself. I need to use Miralax daily to help me empty my bowels. When I can empty my tummy, I’m a big happy girl running around. Please be aware that I cannot control my bowels and may have accidents. Please understand I will need your help to keep me clean and happy. Cleaning my own backend has proven problematic in the past and caused me lots of pain (ask my foster-mama for the story) and trust me, I don't want to go through that again. Even though my foster-mama loves me very much, is very patient with me and cleans me all the time she would love to help me find a place to call HOME. I want my own home where all (or most) of the attention would be for me. Words to Describe Me: Loving. Active. Curious. Goofy Favorite Place to Sleep: Same bed as you. But most of the time I will be in the kennel.  Favorite Toy: Pet collar with specific bell sound. Perfect Day: She loves roaming around the house checking everything out. Kitty's Likes: Chin scratches, head petting, play time. Kitty's Dislikes: Getting her booty cleaned. Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Yummy treats. Favorite Treat: Tiki, Squeeze up, Churu. Job Title in Foster: Bathroom Attendant When I Grow Up, I Want to Be: Dandelion (my body looks like that when I'm on my back) Good with Cats:   Likes cats given a proper introduction.  Good with Dogs:   Unknown, but optimistic (Animal has not met a dog). Good with Children:   Loves all children. Companion Animal: Not required.  Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age.
