Our cats are brought to you in style by a beautiful private bus, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. The adoption fee is $800 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Auri was born July 17, 2020, and I adopted her at 8 to 9 weeks old. She is a curious, playful cat who especially loves wand toys and interactive play. She prefers play over constant petting, but when you are relaxing on the couch or in bed, she enjoys affection, makes biscuits, and purrs loudly, especially with a soft blanket nearby. She naps much of the day but needs regular stimulation. She enjoys supervised outdoor time and does not wander far, and may do well in a quieter home with safe outdoor access. Auri can be timid with new people and may take a week or two to adjust. Once comfortable, she does well. She would likely thrive with an experienced cat owner who understands feline behavior and can give her patience and stability. She eats a combination of wet food, dry food, and treats.
