She was found in poor shape, already having had puppies despite her young age, and carrying an old injury likely from a car accident. But even with all she’s been through, Flaca’s heart is wide open — she’s looking for affection, stability, and a human who sees the sweetness she carries.💛 A Loving, Tender PersonalityFlaca adores the affection she gets during volunteer walks and visits. She leans in, melts, and soaks up every bit of kindness offered to her. She enjoys playtime in the shelter yard and has even been a gentle, helpful substitute mamma to some of the very young pups at the sanctuary.She also practises visiting cats — and she aces it. Calm, respectful, and curious.🐾 Health & Special ConsiderationsFlaca’s hind‑end injury doesn’t stop her from playing or walking nicely on leash — she doesn’t limp and enjoys her outings. However, she does need to avoid constipation, as the injury sits close to her anus. With simple monitoring and care, she does beautifully.🌱 Her Ideal HomeFlaca is growing more comfortable with the bumbling noises of loud vehicles on gravel roads, but her perfect match would be a quieter home with a yard, where she can sunbathe in peace and decompress from her tough beginnings. Personality & Characteristics * Interaction with Humans: She is still a bit unfamiliar with people, but she accepts physical contact and gentle handling well. * Interaction with Dogs: She stays comfortable when dog friends approach her first and loves hanging out with them. * Interaction with Cats: She has not yet been introduced to cats. * Separation Anxiety: Since she is currently living in a group setting at the shelter, her individual anxiety levels are unknown. Structured independence training will be needed from day one in a home environment. * Potty Training: She currently uses indoor potty setups. Retraining will be necessary when she moves to a new environment. * Grooming & Hygiene: Brushing and nail trimming are still unfamiliar to her, but she stays patient and tolerates them well. * Leash Walking: Because she is still settling into the shelter, she has not had outdoor leash walking experience yet. * Motion Sickness: She rides comfortably in the car without any signs of motion sickness. * Biting/Aggression: She has never shown any biting tendencies. * Barking: She has never barked or whined. Guidance and training may be needed once she transitions into a home setting. * Personality: She is still adjusting to her new surroundings, but she is a quiet, calm, and gentle girl.

Rescue Story * Hoki had been staying at a municipal animal shelter in Gimje. The shelter environment was extremely harsh for such a young and small dog to endure. Despite the difficult conditions, Hoki never lost her trust in people. She had become very thin, so Adogs urgently rescued her. 3. Personality & Traits * With people: Is not shy around people and accepts calmly cuddles even in the arms of someone she has just met. Makes good eye contact and enjoys physical affection. Is a very gentle and easygoing dog. * With dogs: Gets along well with the other dogs at the center. Rather than actively seeking out other dogs, she prefers to quietly rest on her own. However, when another dog approaches her to play, she happily responds. * With cats: Has not met any cats yet. * Separation anxiety: Is difficult to assess because she is currently living in a group setting at the center. May need to receive new training after moving to a new environment. * Potty training: Uses a pee pad indoors without accidents. May need to be retrained after moving to a new environment. * Grooming: Has not yet had much experience with grooming, so further observation will be needed. * Walks: Walks well without pulling on the leash. * Car rides: Rides well in the car without motion sickness. * Mouthing/Biting: Has never shown any biting or nipping behavior. * Barking: Has not shown excessive barking, whining, or similar vocalization. * Overall personality: Is calm and gentle. Has a sweet, mild temperament and is very friendly toward people.
