So I am pretty sure my rescuers were HUNGRY when they named us ;0 Cashew is my name and i am as delightful as a sweet n nutty n salty treat. Not only was I named after food...my babies were too! Who names puppies Chicken, Banana and Raisin?? Hungry rescuers, thats who!!!! Now , when we were found, we were HUNGRY TOO! We were "living" at a gas station in the 90 to 100 degree temperatures and unbelievable flooding 🌧.... so yep, we r SURVIVORS! As mama to this crew I was so very scared for our safety but was also scared of the people helping us... fast forward to today! I love my people and my babies r grown and finding their own homes... its my turn now! I am a good girl, great size of 30# and a heart full of love and adventure! Adopt me soon!! Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

She plays well with other dogs at daycare and cooperates with her groomer. Prue would be happiest in a home where she's the only pet. She's privately fostered while she waits for her forever home.

Tell me..... have you ever found yourself lost, hurt and starving??? I mean, it happens to the best of us right? Yes, it happened to me!! :( It was really scary! I was hiding behind a "fireworks" sign on the access road, big TRUCKS on my right side and the railroad tracks on my left! It was "ruff" but not so much anymore ;) I mean, this chick showed up with FOOD and a CAR and a LEASH and COMPASSION..... and she SAAAAVVVEEDDDD ME!! NOW, I have food every day, clean water, protection from the traffic and the weather and LOTS of friends!! I am living the rescue life....pretty soon the rescue peeps told me i will be living the ADOPTED LIFE :) I am a ruggedly handsome boy with an incurable positivity! Even though I came from the outside, I already know the command sit, I know to walk on a leash and I am about 85% potty trained but also crate trained! I also have an angelical demeanor for a puppy! I can make you laugh just by watching me play, I love to cuddle with you and I’m very talkative! I get along with cats and dogs, being a puppy, I just want to play with everyone.
