Story
Female, approx. 3 years old, 29 lbs. Personality: Adaptable, outgoing, playful, snuggler, patient, eager-to-please, adventurous, protective, goofy/funny, energetic, loyal, affectionate, gentle, and easygoing. Blanca is the goofiest dog! If she could cuddle on a person, give them endless kisses, and play fetch every day, she'd be a happy girl. She has the cutest puppy energy and loves playing fetch, chewing on squeaky toys, and chasing a laser pointer in the most endearing way. After playtime she's happy to just chill out and relax in her crate. Blanca loves going on long sniffy walks and playing with dog friends. Blanca is doing well with house and crate training and absolutely loves to be near her person. She's extremely loyal and eager to please. Blanca has some playful puppy energy and she is a bit clumsy. For that reason she may inadvertently knock into a small child and cause distress, so at the moment she may do best in a home without young children. Sweet Blanca will be the loyal, playful, protecting, easygoing furry family member of your dreams. Apply today to meet her! Follow @inthenameoftacos on Instagram to watch more of Blanca's adventures. _________________________________________________________________________ If you are interested in meeting a dog or cat, we require an adoption application. We do not have a shelter. CDCK has a thorough adoption process to find the best possible fit for each of our dogs and cats (we do not operate under a first-come, first-served model). Upon accepting a new cat or dog into the organization, we provide a basic vet visit that includes necessary vaccinations, disease screenings, deworming, microchips, and spay/neuter for dogs six months and older. We do not provide a comprehensive medical exam before adoption. As a result, sickness, injury, and disability may exist unbeknownst to CDCK. City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is not responsible for payment of any vet care, including known and unknown medical conditions once a cat or dog is adopted from us. Dog specific: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines. They are tested for HW, Lyme, Ehrlichia, Anaplasmosis. Most cats and dogs will have a house-training accident in the initial days in their new home and we cannot guarantee any pet is housebroken or crate trained. We also update our Facebook page daily with new cats and dogs.
