Story
Meet Speedo! At 3 1/2 months old he weighs just 19# & should end up being around 35-40#. He is sweet, smart, energetic, curious & fearless. I haven't found anything he is afraid of! Speedo has the cutest curled up tail and beautiful white & brindle markings. He can entertain himself by playing with his toys, but also loves all dogs and people. He is getting the hang of potty training and is getting used to being on a leash! Thankfully, he is treat motivated which makes training him much easier. He quickly learned to come & sit when called. He quietly sleeps in his crate at night. Speedo is a typical puppy with lots of energy (usually followed by a nap). He would love a fenced in backyard and/or another dog to play with. Cuddling with this little guy just makes your heart melt. We believe Speedo's mom is a Bassett hound mix weighing just 22# (I have pictures of her). This cute & funny little guy is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on shots and preventatives. His adoption fee is $325.

Story
This is Max! He is 14 weeks old and what we believe to be a Basset Hound mix. He has a long body, round belly, long ears, and short legs. He is one of the most interesting and handsome puppies we have ever seen! Max is also missing part of his right ear and we believe that he was injured or possibly mistreated before he was found and brought to us by a partnering shelter. His ear is fully healed, and often stands up while the other flops down, which adds to his adorable quirkiness! Max is loved by both the shelter staff and his foster! According to his foster family, Max LOVES people. He will follow you everywhere you go around the house and just wants to be close to someone at all times. He is happy to sleep right in between your legs and be involved in any and every activity you do. He also gets along great with the other dogs, puppy, and child in the home. Sometimes Max does need to be given mandatory breaks when playing or he will just play all day. He is a very special boy and loved by everyone who meets him. We believe that Max will be the best family dog and we cannot wait to see him thrive in his forever home! His adoption fee is $500. The adoption fee includes their care, de-worming, microchip, neuter, vaccines, fecal test, and preventatives up to the point of adoption. In addition to their adoption fee, we do offer a $150 Puppy Package that includes heartworm prevention and all vaccine boosters due up to 5 months of age when the boosters are done at Jewell Animal Hospital.
