Story
My grandfather recently passed away and left behind his good friend Rex. I need to find a good home for Rex as soon as possible. He is currently still staying at my grandfather’s home and family checks on him twice daily to assure that his basic needs are met. Unfortunately, none in the family is able to take Rex in as he does not get along with cats and we all own them. Rex gets along great with people and other dogs and is house trained. I am unsure of his exact age, but we estimate around 8-10. Rex was well loved and cared for and is quite lonely now that Gramps is gone. He is a healthy slightly overweight darling with very friendly energy. I caught him recently even bouncing around playfully like a puppy on one of my recent visits. Rex is used to spending days roaming the yard and lounging in his bed at home. He would probably do best in an environment similar to what he has now which is country living. He really is the sweetest little guy and would make a loyal companion.

Story
Thanksgiving Day 2025. While most families were sitting down to dinner, a 4-pound baby was sitting abandoned. Molly was left behind with her mama — no food, no security, no plan. Just a tiny little puppy trying to survive the world on her own. Somebody To The Rescue stepped in that day, brought Molly home, and went back two days later to make sure her mama wasn’t left behind either. Fast forward to now. Molly is five months old. She’s had all four of her puppy shots. She’s going to be spayed and microchipped. She is healthy, safe, and blooming into the sweetest little soul you could ever meet. She is gentle. She is loving. She looks at you like you are her whole world. She can be adopted on her own, or she can go home with her mama. They are not bonded, but they are beautiful together. Two girls who survived being discarded and still chose to trust people again. Molly deserves a home where doors don’t close on her. Where she never wonders if she’ll be left behind again. Where she gets to be someone’s baby for the rest of her life. If you’ve been thinking about adding a little light to your life… this is it. Adopt Molly. Or adopt Molly and Baby Mama. And give them the forever they were almost denied. 📍Corinth, MS 🐾 Somebody to the Rescue 📩 Message us or apply here APPLICATION -> https://forms.gle/TQeBPnXrfB3N8xZDA Because no puppy should spend another holiday unwanted.

Story
Some stories break your heart. Hers proves how strong it can be. 💛🌈 Meet Baby Mama 30 pounds of sweetness, resilience, and quiet courage. She was found abandoned… left behind with just one surviving baby(Molly) by her side. While the world moved on, she stayed. She protected. She endured. She did what good mamas do, she loved the only way she knew how, even when everything around her fell apart. That baby survived because of her. Now it’s her turn. She’s about a year old, playful, gentle, and full of that soft, grateful kind of love you only see in dogs who have been through something, and still choose joy anyway. She doesn’t need sympathy. She needs stability. She doesn’t need another temporary stop. She needs a forever. A couch. A yard. A person who won’t disappear. No more being left behind. No more surviving on her own. No more wondering. If you’ve been thinking about adding a loyal, loving soul to your family, this is your sign. Baby Mama has already proven she’ll stay when things get hard. Now she deserves someone who will do the same. fill out an application today!

Story
After Sadie getting out multiple times, and me worrying sick over her safety despite not even being her owner, her owner has made the loving decision to officially surrender her to Somebody To The Rescue Now our focus is finding **the right home**, not just *a* home. Sadie is an absolute sweetheart. She is: ✅ Spayed ✅ Up to date on vaccines ✅ Microchipped ✅ Full of love …but she is also a **certified escape artist**. Because of that, we will only consider a home committed to keeping her safe at all times. Sadie cannot continue getting loose, she has been incredibly lucky so far, and I don’t know how many more close calls she would survive. She needs someone willing to secure fencing, supervise outdoor time, and truly understand that keeping her safe is non-negotiable. ***UPDATE***Sadie's breed was originally estimated by a veterinarian as a Dachshund mix based solely on appearance. We later completed an Embark DNA test, which showed she is actually a Beagle/Mountain Cur mix with Great Pyrenees and Bluetick Coonhound ancestry. As with many mixed-breed dogs, her appearance doesn't tell the whole story! If you believe you are the right match for Sadie, please fill out an adoption application or message us and we’ll go from there. Let’s find this girl the safe, stable forever home she deserves. 🐾 CORINTH MS APPLICATION -> https://forms.gle/TQeBPnXrfB3N8xZDA
