Becky is a 2.5-year-old Beagle/Boxer mix with a truly one-of-a-kind look — and a heart to match. Her soft, soulful eyes and gentle spirit tell the story of a girl who hasn’t had the easiest start, but who’s ready to soak up all the love she’s missed out on. Becky is the definition of a velcro dog — she always wants to be close to her people, whether that means curling up beside you on the couch or climbing right into your lap for snuggles. When she gets excited, she breaks into the cutest little tippy-taps with her paws that are guaranteed to melt your heart. She’s friendly and social with every dog she meets and has a sweet, submissive play style that makes her a great companion for canine friends. Becky is also wonderful with kids, but her prey drive kicks in a little too much when she's around cats, so she'd do best in a home without them. This smart girl is potty-trained, crate-trained, and knows her basic manners. She’s both food- and praise-motivated, making her eager to please and a joy to train. Becky would thrive in just about any loving home — whether it’s with another dog or as the center of attention — as long as she has her own people to love and stay close to.
