Story
Sadie Mae was a stray with a collar I found while I was on my way to college, she was shy at first but with some food and sniffing she eventually warmed up. I took her to a shelter to have her checked for a chip and she didn’t have one so I decided to foster her until her owner found her. No one ever ended up looking for her and come to find out she was pregnant, that period of her life was very difficult, her labor did not go well and she needed a c-section. Unfortunately none of her puppies made it, she needed follow up care and a lot of attention to get through all of that. Now she needs regular gland expressions and medication for her anxiety. Sadie is a loyal and sweet dog, she gets along with other animals as well as she can but she is very anxious so I generally recommend a home with no other animals.
