Story
Hi there! I’m Oswald, and everyone says I’m the most handsome and adorable pup around — and I do my best to live up to the hype!Things have been a little quiet since my brother Oscar got adopted last week. I’m happy for him, but I sure do miss him… which means I’m more than ready to find my own forever family! I enjoy playing with my foster siblings, but sometimes I’ve got a little more puppy energy than they do — so I just make my own fun. Honestly, I don’t need anything fancy… a good stick and a patch of grass make me one happy pup!I love being outside, whether I’m sniffing around or just soaking up the sunshine. I’m still working on my potty and crate training, but I’m learning fast — especially when treats are involved (yum!).I can’t wait to meet my forever people. I’m ready to play, cuddle, and fill your days with tail wags and puppy kisses. Can I come home with you? I’ll miss my foster mom and siblings, but I’m so excited to start my next chapter — with you.My adoption fee of $550 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

Story
Hi, I’m Justine—but my friends call me Lady, and that’s the name I really respond to! I’m a sweet, snuggly girl who’s been in foster care for a while now, patiently waiting for someone special to fall in love with me. I bond deeply with my person and will be your loyal little shadow—where you go, I go!I love learning, especially when treats are involved. Training sessions are my jam! I’ve even started some very basic agility, and I get so excited when I see jumps—my little beagle legs kick into high gear with the cutest straight-legged run you’ve ever seen. I also live for long walks and sniffing adventures. Even on my tired days, just hearing the word “walk” perks me right up.My mornings start with happy tail wags and kisses, and I’m always ready to help you greet the day. While I’m not much of a toy player, I do enjoy shredding cardboard, chewing on nylabones, and a short but intense game of tug (about a minute is perfect for me). I also love puzzle feeders and any kind of brain game that lets me show off my smarts.I know a bunch of cues like sit, down, touch, wait, and even how to do my business on command—pretty impressive, huh? I do have some separation anxiety and prefer to have my person nearby, but I promise the love and devotion I give in return is worth it.If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and snuggly companion who will adore you endlessly, I’m your Lady. Story
Hi, I’m Oleander!I’m a sweet, snuggly little chunk with a heart as big as my belly! I love nothing more than curling up with my brother for a nap or following the family cat around like he’s the most interesting creature on Earth (don’t worry — I’m always gentle!).I’m playful and curious, especially when I’m out in the yard. I’m a bit of a digger — what can I say? I like to keep things interesting! I get along with everyone — dogs, cats, and kids — and I’d really love a forever home with another pup to play with. I’m still working on my potty and crate training, but I’m a smart cookie and eager to learn. If you`re looking for a cuddly, happy-go-lucky pup who’s equal parts explorer and lap lover, then I might just be your perfect match. Story
Hi, I’m Lucky—and wow, do I live up to my name! Not because I’ve had an easy life, but because I’ve got the biggest heart and so much love to give to the right person. I’m what you’d call a certified Velcro dog—where you go, I go. If you’re on the couch, I’m snuggled next to you. If you’re in bed, I’m your snoring cuddle buddy. If you leave the room… well, I’ll probably try to open the door and follow you because hey, I really love being near my person.Within minutes of meeting me, I’ll be asking for gentle head pats and gazing at you with my big soulful eyes. I bond quickly and deeply—and I’ll be yours 100%, no questions asked.I’m fully housetrained, crate trained (though I might bark a little when you leave—I just miss you!), and I love going for walks. I also do these adorable zoomies when I’m happy… which is pretty much any time you’re around. Now, I’ll be honest—I’m not a fan of sharing my favorite humans with other pets. I just love you so much, I don’t want anyone else getting in the way! So I’d do best as your one and only, where I don’t have to compete for cuddles or attention. When other animals are around and you’re not close by, I’m fine. But once you’re in the mix? I want all your love for myself. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly, deeply affectionate little shadow to be your best friend, I’m your girl. I promise I’ll love you forever. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! Story
Hi, I’m Oxford!I may have been the runt of the litter, but nobody told me that — I’ve got the biggest personality around! I’m a confident, chatty little guy who’s never shy about telling you how much I love being near you. I’m working hard on becoming a full-on Velcro pup — if you’re moving, I want to come too!I’m super curious about everything. Whether it’s a new toy, a new sound, or a new friend, I’m always ready to explore with my tail wagging and my ears perked up. I get along great with other dogs, I’ve met cats, and I adore kids. I’m a work in progress with crate and potty training, but I’m smart and eager to please.I’ve got the perfect mix of sweet and spunky. I’ll keep you entertained with my little conversations and then melt into you for a nap when I’m all worn out.
