Story
✨ Meet Dan ✨ This sweet boy is about 4 years old and in rescue. He may be built like a little sausage roll with short legs, but his heart is as big as they come. 💙 Dan never misses a meal, and he never misses a chance to soak up love either. Dan is a Beagle mix, fully vetted (vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped), and he’s the perfect gentleman—dog friendly, people loving, and happiest when he’s snuggled up close. 🐾 Right now, Dan is enjoying life in a summer foster home, and his foster can’t say enough good things about him. He’s house trained, the sweetest couch potato, a total gentleman, and absolutely loves lounging in the A/C. ❄️🛋️ Before rescue, life wasn’t kind to him. He spent his days outside on a chain, never knowing the warmth of a hug or the joy of being part of a family. But despite his past, Dan has blossomed into the sweetest soul. Now, all he wants is to make up for lost time—with every cuddle, every belly rub, every ounce of love he can give. 🥹❤️ 📍 Location: Cleveland, TN 🚐 Transport: Available to other states 💰 Adoption Fee: $150 Could you be the one to show Dan what forever love really feels like?

Story
Meet the incredible Scout! This sweet soul was discovered at a common dumping ground, just trying to survive and find scraps of food in a world that didn’t treat him kindly. Luckily, one of our loving fosters swooped in to rescue him and provide him the safety he desperately needs. Scout is about 30 pounds of pure heart and is estimated to be around 6-7 years old 🥰. Poor Scout has faced some tough circumstances, as he tested positive for heartworms. The good news is that we've started him on Doxycycline and Heartgard! 🎉 Let’s keep our fingers crossed that by he’ll be heartworm negative very soon (usually takes a year in most cases). He is as sweet as pie, but Scout can be a little anxious/shy at first. He just needs a little time to trust and realize he's safe now! We’re committed to helping him feel secure and loved. Remember, this fella will require a fenced yard because hounds like him are notorious for following their noses into mischief! 🐕 Scout has a best buddy named Tango! If Tango gets adopted first and you're looking to have an automatic best buddy for Scout, he’ll have an adoption fee waived. How fantastic is that?! 🤩 The regular adoption fee is $100, which helps cover some of the costs like his neutering, vaccinations, microchip, flea prevention, and all the other goodies he enjoyed while with us. However, it’s crucial that he stays on heartworm prevention for life 🛡️. To adopt Scout, it’s essential to apply through our website www.fureverfurkids.com 🐾 And remember, we do home checks (either in person or virtually) to ensure every pet goes to the safest of homes! If you’re serious about adding this adorable hound to your family, that application needs to be completed before meeting him. Once a pet is adopted, they must come back to us if life circumstances change, so please be sure you're ready for a lifelong commitment! ❤️ Thank you for considering Scout and his friends who are all in urgent need of loving homes.

Story
Hawkins is a shy fellow whose back story isn't really known. He was found wandering with 2 other females. He is the most reserved of the 3. That being said, Hawkins' personality will come out with patience. If you are looking for a beagle because they are such sweet dogs and are willing to build up his confidence slowly, then take a chance on Hawkins. He will become your best friend!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Lenore is a shy, sweet, petite beagle. She was found traveling with her partner in crime, Deedee. Lenore has an eye injury - she had surgery to remove her cherry eye, but still has corneal damage to that eye. She is being medicated for that. Lenore will need a patient human to work with her and build up her confidence. She is sweet as can be, though, and just needs a lot of love.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
