Story
✨ Meet Dan ✨ This sweet boy is about 4 years old and in rescue. He may be built like a little sausage roll with short legs, but his heart is as big as they come. 💙 Dan never misses a meal, and he never misses a chance to soak up love either. Dan is a Beagle mix, fully vetted (vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped), and he’s the perfect gentleman—dog friendly, people loving, and happiest when he’s snuggled up close. 🐾 Right now, Dan is enjoying life in a summer foster home, and his foster can’t say enough good things about him. He’s house trained, the sweetest couch potato, a total gentleman, and absolutely loves lounging in the A/C. ❄️🛋️ Before rescue, life wasn’t kind to him. He spent his days outside on a chain, never knowing the warmth of a hug or the joy of being part of a family. But despite his past, Dan has blossomed into the sweetest soul. Now, all he wants is to make up for lost time—with every cuddle, every belly rub, every ounce of love he can give. 🥹❤️ 📍 Location: Cleveland, TN 🚐 Transport: Available to other states 💰 Adoption Fee: $150 Could you be the one to show Dan what forever love really feels like?

Story
Meet Scout! Scout was found at a regular dumping ground. He was starting to get into some trouble just trying to find food and 1 of our fosters picked him up to keep him safe. He weighs 30 pounds and is estimated at 6 years old. We can tell he’s had a rough life and unfortunately he is heartworm positive. We have started him on Doxycycline and he will come with a year supply of Heartgard. Hopefully once the year supply of Heartgard is completed he will be heartworm negative. If not, he will continue Heartgard until he eventually will test negative. Scout is super nervous at first and he will need some time to learn that he is safe. We are going to do all we can to help him feel safe as soon as possible. He definitely will need a fence to keep him safe (hounds and their noses can get in trouble without fencing) and confident doggy friend to help him learn he will be ok. BTW Tango is his best buddy. If Tango is adopted and interested in an automatic best buddy for him, Scout will have no adoption fee. The adoption fee is $100 Which covers SOME of the cost of spay/neuter, shots, microchip, heartworm test, grooming (if needed), deworming, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and supplies while in our care. The pet MUST be kept on heartworm prevention all of their life. To apply to adopt go to our website www.fureverfurkids.com *We do home checks (either in person or virtual) for each pet before approving an adoption.* The application is to be completed prior to meeting the pet(s) you are interested in adopting. If they are still on the page, they are still more than likely still available. Once a pet is adopted from our rescue, they MUST be returned to us, if you cannot keep them. If you plan on not keeping them their whole lives, please do not apply. Thank you for looking at our rescues in need of amazing homes!

Opie is a very smart and gentle dude with the smarts and the wiggles of a happy hound. He’s great with cats , kids and the dozen puppies he lives with in foster care.He also plays great with the seven other adults on sight. He is great on walks and just as great being left alone in the bedroom. He is very gentle with car rides , interacting with new people and adapted quickly in a home environment.Being a stray often is hard on dogs during the transition but he instantly understood home life.He doesn’t chew or destroy things when left alone and is just as well suited for long walks or hikes through the woods. He doesn’t try to escape or freak out when nature sends little things passing through his eyesight. He’s a very fun loving fellow.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Meet Tuck — the sweetest soul with the biggest heart Tuck is a precious Beagle Chihuahua mix, about 6–7 years old, who has survived more than any dog ever should. He was heartbreakingly thrown from a moving vehicle, arriving to us with a broken heart and skin in very rough shape. Despite everything he’s been through, Tuck has remained gentle, loving, and full of hope. This sweet boy is incredibly laid-back and easy to be around. He does great with other dogs, but would be just as happy soaking up love as the only pup in the home. Tuck is fully vetted, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventions, heartworm negative, microchipped, and even comes with a geotag for extra safety. Tuck is simply looking for a safe, kind home where he can finally feel cherished. If you’ve been wanting a loyal, mellow companion with a big heart, Tuck might just be your perfect match. ##2579236##
