Dolly was rescued from a hoarding situation in Seguine.  She was at term with her pregnancy and was scheduled to be euthanized by Animal Control.   She had her puppies 2 weeks after we got her.  She was very fearful and would not be touched.  over the past three months, she has come a very LONG way towards building a relationship with people.  She is wary of strangers and goes into fight or flight mode.  She is much clmer when she is on a leash with a person she trusts.  She is learning to walk on a leach and to be more comfortable in common areas like on the deck or in the yard.  She was in a house with 40 dogs so she's great with other dogs!   SHe will take time, patience and love, but you can see in her eyes, she is ready to have a real family.  To aplly for Dolly:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57447/generic ##2223925##

Story
This is my beautiful angel named Nova. We've been together for 8 years and it is with a heavy heart that I have to make the decision to rehome her due to a series of unfortunate circumstances. She is a female, weighs 40 los, and is 8 years old. Nova is an energetic soul that loves to play, go on long hourly walks, jump around on humans and be cuddly with them, is food driven when it comes to obedience, and overall just enjoys being a shoulder to cry on and a buddy to cuddle at night. She was adopted by my sister from a rescue shelter before she passed her down to me in 2018, and Nova and I have grown so close together. Some of her opposite traits are that she loves being chaotic, but she can bark a little too much when it comes to looking at any animal outside the windows, she will stare at you if you eat in front of her and will eat the food if you leave it unattended, she loves to rough house and play fight but she can do it at random occasions and will bark when she wants something.

Precious came from a homeless encampment where her mother had a litter. After the mother was picked up by animal services, the puppies were dispersed. This particular puppy was being kept by an individual that was at a gas station before being taken in by a lady who ultimately could not keep her. I agreed to foster her to ensure she had a safe and stable environment.Approx. 9 weeks old• Received first DHPP vaccine• Dewormed (roundworms, hookworms, whipworms)• Microchipped• In good overall health• Currently in foster care in a structured home environmentAs a professional trainer, I have begun working on:• Crate training• Potty training• Basic foundation skills and socializationShe is doing well and showing herself to be a resilient, adaptable puppy.
