You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bellini is a remarkable girl with a heart full of love and resilience. She’s very smart and has had training, already knowing commands like wait, come, and place. She walks well on a leash, is crate trained, enjoys playing fetch, and loves her toys. Bellini is eager to connect with her people and thrive in a home that understands her needs and will support her every step of the way. As a puppy, she survived a horrific attack by other dogs that left her with punctured lungs and broken ribs, and unable to move much at the time. Allie’s Haven stepped in to give her the care she desperately needed and helped her heal. While Bellini has made an incredible recovery, she does have some lasting physical limitations—she isn’t able to navigate stairs or jump into a car, so her forever family will need to be comfortable lifting her. Once helped into the car, she rides well and settles in nicely. For added stability, Bellini does best in a home with carpet or rugs rather than slippery floors.  Despite her rough start, Bellini is an incredibly loving dog with the sweetest personality.  Bellini is looking for a compassionate, understanding family who can provide a safe, stable environment and plenty of love.
