Here's what you need to know about me:My foster knows me better than anyone! Here's what they had to say about me during my time with them:  Townsend is such a good boy!! He is loving, smart, and handsome! What else could you want in a new best friend 😊. Townsend knows sit and loves all the classic dog activities - going for walks, sniffing, playing with toys, wrestling with dog friends (so far, he hasn't met a dog he doesn't like) and cuddling his person on the couch. Townsend is food motivated, which makes him easy to train, and he is great at catching treats in his mouth, which makes him fun! Townsend likes car rides and is house trained. Townsend would benefit from slow, cheese filled introductions to new people, but once he decides you're safe you will be rewarded with a wonderful new bestie. Townsend is a young chap with his whole life ahead of him and he would love to go home with a family who can help him burn off energy with exercise, playtime, and outdoor adventures but Townsend is also happy to simply hang out and snuggle on the couch. It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.I'm in a foster home, so to meet me email adoptions@southwesthumame.org I'm available for Trial Adoption! Here's what you need to know about me: Hi, I'm Mishka, a dignified lady with the most adorable ears you've ever seen! I'm a wonderful walking companion and love checking in with my person along the way. I enjoy taking in the surroundings and stopping to sniff as we go. I also LOVE playing with jolly balls; it's one of my favorite ways to have fun and burn off some energy! My shelter friends are helping me learn to stay calm around other dogs while on leash and take treats gently. I'm treat motivated especially for yummy cheese which makes positive training fun for me! After our adventures, I'm all about ear scratches and relaxing by your side.It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I appreciate a slow introduction to other dogs, I just want to make sure we all get along.I need a home without any cats, chickens, or other small animals.
