Story
We have a mixed dog that showed up under our porch after an intense storm. He and his sister were scared and abandoned. We were able to rehome the sister but have not been able to find a home for the male. We have been desperately hopeful. We have gotten him neutered and continue to care for him but he is a very demanding breed. We are unable to give “Buddy” the Belgium malinois mix the attention and training he so desperately needs. He is around 2 years old. He is so active … can run so fast and needs to have plenty of room to be free and show off his agility.

Story
Age: 7 months Breed: Belgian Malinois Mix Sex: Female, Spayed Weight: 40 pounds About: Curious, smart, and eager to learn…all amazing qualities to have in a dog and Finn matches them all. Finn was surrendered with her other siblings who have already found their forever homes. However, because Finn and her sister Princess are not traditional colors, they have been looked over every time. Finn’s Mom was a Belgian Malinois but they were unsure what the dad was. But that doesn’t matter to us, because we love her just the same! Finn is learning how to walk on a leash and her basic commands. She will need someone with the patience and willingness to continue to help her become the best dog she can be. She loves kids and enjoys running and playing with all the dogs in her playgroup!  (5/5/26)   Hope Dogs      Lower Fees. Adoption $300.00, Transport: $100.00     **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip . We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs.  July 12, 2026, 4:11 pm

🐾 Meet Apricot! 🧡 Apricot is a 12-week-old Lab/Malinois mix who just might steal your heart with one look. The smallest of her litter, she’s expected to stay on the petite side, and her soulful puppy dog eyes (complete with what looks like natural eyeliner!) make her absolutely irresistible. She can be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and loves being close to her people. This sweet girl is incredibly attentive and learns very quickly. She’s crate trained, doing well with house training, and loves snuggling just as much as she enjoys burning off her playful puppy energy. Apricot does wonderfully with kids, cats, and other dogs. She’s expected to be around 40 pounds or less when fully grown, is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever family. ❤️
