Sandor is a very friendly and social guy. He loves attention and to hang out with his family. He is dog friendly, and we think he would be okay with older kids. No cats or small animals. He is medium energy and loves to carry his toys around. Sandor is crate trained, knows basic commands, walks nicely on a leash, likes treats, is non reactive, and does well in the car! He's a wonderful guy and would really love to have a home of his own. Sandor doesn't need a Malinois savvy home, but applicants should understand the breed.

Story
Tex was a Miami Dade Animal Shelter survivor from the euthanasia list. He had a home for two years where he enjoyed hikes, car trips around the country, a furry companion. Then sadly, his owner lost her home and Tex lost his family. He started acting out and his owner couldn't handle him anymore. Tex is getting the best training to deal with his issues and is doing amazing! Tex has been through a lot and deserves someone who will continue with his training. He's a great boy!

Hi my name is Sonny! I'm a gorgeous shepherd estimated at around a year old and weighing in at around 65 lbs. My rescue believes I'm a Belgian Tervuren shepherd - I'm a gorgeous boy! I was roaming in a remote area for weeks with my mom and littermate trying to fend for ourselves until we were finally rescued. I have gotten along with other dogs at the rescue. I walk very well on leash and even know how to sit for treats. I can be a little shy at first just until I know I can trust you. I like to keep my kennel clean and do my business outside, but will likely need some patience when adjusting to a new schedule and environment.My $450 adoption fee includes vet check, up to date vaccines, neuter and deworming, all already done. My heartworm test did show up as positive, but I'm undergoing "slow kill' treatment which requires oral medication which will continue to be provided by my rescue until I test negative. Hi my name is Tiki! I'm a gorgeous shepherd estimated at around a year old and weighing at around 50 lbs and on the shorter side vs. my mama. My rescue believes I'm a Belgian Tervuren shepherd - I'm a gorgeous girl! I was roaming in a remote area for weeks with my mom and littermate trying to fend for ourselves until we were finally rescued. I have gotten along with most other dogs at the rescue but meet and greet and proper introduction is needed with other dogs in the home to make sure we will be a good fit. I walk well on leash and even sit for treats. I can be a little shy at first just until I know I can trust you. I know how to do my business outside, but I will need some patience and a good schedule to work on potty training with me as it is difficult in a kennel environment to get that down. It will be very important to keep me on leash until I'm fully acclimated to my new environment as I can get a little spooked by new things. My $550 adoption fee includes vet check, up to date vaccines, heartworm test (negative), spay and deworming, all already done.
