Clyde is an 8 m.o. Belgian Malinois who, unfortunately, was recently hit by a car. As a result, he had his front left leg amputated and will be a Special Needs “Tripod” for the rest of his life. The good news is that nobody told Clyde this and, as far as he’s concerned, he will happily live out his life walking, running, jumping, playing, and wrestling just like all of the other dogs. He is smart, curious, and extremely affectionate with people and other dogs-he loves his “Snuggle Time”. Clyde is crate trained and will happily sleep through the night with no accidents. He knows some basic commands, but his new owner will need to continue his training. He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and would do best in a multi-dog household where he can socialize to his heart’s content. His ideal owner will need to be very cognizant of his overall joint health and work to ensure that his remaining front leg remains healthy for years to come. At this time, he has not been cat tested.

In addition to his sweet, loveable manner, Jake will keep you entertained with his antics. If no one will play with him, he is equally happy to entertain himself with toys and yard zoomies. His foster mom says he's a collector and if you don't keep eyes on the bowls in the house, you'll soon find a stack of them in his favorite part of the yard. Due to his breed mix, Jake is very smart and quickly picks up new tricks. He is already house and crate trained, and would thrive with a family who wants to keep up with his training. He would also enjoy enrichment - bring on the puzzles and agility training! Jacob is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped. Major Mally is an all-around amazing boy! Smart is an understatement; he is very easy to train and likes to please! He knows heel (leash walking), a stop command, off, touch, sit, and down. Major is reported to be house-trained and to have previously lived with cats and other dogs with no issue. He is playful and funny with children, but at 80 pounds, he can knock little ones over just because he's not aware of his size. Major would thrive with an active person/family. He is the perfect running/walking partner & playmate. He would excel at agility, dock diving, etc, as he is so smart & eager to please, but not hyper like a purebred Belgian Shepherd. The best of both worlds! Major is 3 years old & 80lbs.
