Story
Axel is the kindest dog I have ever known, he’s a cuddle bug, loves to play and is incredibly respectful in the house.. unless you leave a steak on the counter, fair game at that point. It’s with a very heavy heart that I am rehoming him but I was only supposed to be taking care of him for a few months while my friend got back on her feet, ultimately he was abandoned with us. We love him VERY much but we don’t have the time or resources to properly care for a dog of this breed and energy, he deserves a home that can accommodate all of his needs so he can live the best life possible. You won’t only be getting a dog by adopting him, you will also have a new best friend, he’s incredibly loyal and trusting with a really goofy personality that’s hard to stay mad at when he eats your steak off the counter haha.

Story
If you are looking for a sweet, loving, loyal companion, Lucia (pronounced Lu-sha) is your girl. She is whip smart and learns tricks and commands very easily, she just needs more consistency than we can give to really get commands down. She needs more time and training. She LOVES to play fetch and could play all day. She loves walks and needs more leash training. She has been socialized with lots of different people coming into the house, but needs more socialization skills, I.e, learning not to jump on people and getting so excited she pees🥹. She was 1 year old in June ‘26, so still so many years to learn and love. She needs lots of off-leash time and loves to run. She is e-collar trained, is eager to please and will do anything for treats. We can’t give her the outdoor time and training she needs. She’s so smart and fun-loving, we hope to re-home her with someone who loves to take her outside. Not sure about small children, we’ve only had her around teenagers and older.

Story
Creed is a 3 year old shepherd mix that was found running off the highways that pass through Cameron! He will be a big boy when he gains some much needed weight! Despite the neglectful situation he ran away from Creed is a very kind, loving dog! He is large and likes to jump standing almost 6 feet tall on his back legs!! :O With a little obedience training, we believe Creed will settle into a great friend for whoever falls in love with him. He is very easily to love!

Story
A sweet stray boy with a lot of potential. He knows basic commands! He eats on command. His foster family has been working with him consistently but cannot adopt him due to having several other dogs on the property. Rex does great with kids but can be a little rough knocking them down when he throws his body around!! He learns fast, he does good with cats, poultry, caged rabbits but HATES pigs. The biggest issue with Rex is inconsistent food aggression/guarding. He does good with female dogs until once in a blue moon and they have something he wants then he resource guards the item/toy/food etc. His foster home has experienced him climbing or jumping their fence. He enjoys chasing cars which can be scary. He is a really smart boy otherwise. He makes a good guardian dog. He has kept the yard safe from opossums, coons, and coyotes. He knows basic commands picks up on new things really fast. He will lick you and love you to death. He just needs a home with less dogs and more attention from his people. Training has been great for Rex!! He is almost done with Puppies for Parole TRaining and looking for a home!
