I’m about 2 years old, getting into my prime years. I walk well on a leash. Although I usually get along with other dogs (a meet and greet will tell), I should not be around chickens and ducks. That’s when Murphy’s Law applies, sorry. I love people; and so I will love you if you take me to your forever home. Don’t be surprised if I see it with my two-color eyes as a ginormous Murphy bed. Sweetie Boy was adopted from the shelter in 2024. He is 3 years old. He is a very sweet boy, as his name suggests. He loves snuggles and hugs. He will try to sit in your lap and give you kisses. Sweetie Boy loves kitties, but won't chase, bug or get in their business. He will eat their poop if left unattended. Sweetie Boy is reactive to seeing other dogs on tv, or when dogs bark nearby. He does not like loud noises on tv, and sometimes reacts to characters on tv who are crying. It makes him very anxious and he will pace or bark- or both. The perfect home for Sweetie Boy would not have any other dogs. He can become anxious and reactive and attack another dog. He has never attacked a cat or a person (child or adult). Sweetie Boy is reactive is over people eating food. We have to separate dogs with a gate in order to keep other dogs safe. Sweetie Boy's ideal home would be with someone who is home often and able to give him a lot of attention and redirection- and snuggles for days!
