Story
Hi, I'm Sage and I am just the sweetest puppy. My fosters say I have an old, gentle, sweet soul. I came to MVPC just a skinny little fella but I'm looking good now - if I do say so myself! I really, really like - like velcro - love my people but I do know boundaries and am okay with giving you a little space too. I love the dogs in my foster home and am having a great time playing with everyone. I could care less about the house cats. I'm a gentle boy who just wants to please you and be your best friend. I'm a very loyal boy too - you know the whole velcro thing - I have so much love to share. So, if you're looking for an older puppy that is housebroken, sweet, gentle, loyal and just wants to be your best friend - I'm the one!!
ADOPTION FEE: $350 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained)

I AM READY TO GO HOME - If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $350 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me!

DO NOT: USE THE PETFINDER CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those and you will not receive a response.
PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit.
