Hi my name is Sonny! I'm a gorgeous shepherd estimated at around a year old and weighing in at around 65 lbs. My rescue believes I'm a Belgian Tervuren shepherd - I'm a gorgeous boy! I was roaming in a remote area for weeks with my mom and littermate trying to fend for ourselves until we were finally rescued. I have gotten along with other dogs at the rescue. I walk very well on leash and even know how to sit for treats. I can be a little shy at first just until I know I can trust you. I like to keep my kennel clean and do my business outside, but will likely need some patience when adjusting to a new schedule and environment.My $450 adoption fee includes vet check, up to date vaccines, neuter and deworming, all already done. My heartworm test did show up as positive, but I'm undergoing "slow kill' treatment which requires oral medication which will continue to be provided by my rescue until I test negative.   CINDY AKA CINDERELLA was a stray in GA taken in by one of our fosters. She is under 1 yr old black and tan female GSD.  She has had some training but received great training and social skills at the foster.  She is crate trained, sits perfectly, she is affectionate, treat oriented and playful. She needs socialization training, which is something all puppies require. She must be in training immediately to bolster what she has learned at the foster. We require her to get a CGC in 7 months from her adoption date.  Please read our puppy rules. She was spayed and received her shots. She is being housed with 4 dogs, and we are working on her social skills. As a puppy, she is all about play, and these social sessions are all about play, and not at all aggressive.  In doing a social training session today 11/30 she was exhausted on the ride back.  Once she gets into a training program she will be a fabulous pet. She is Heartworm positive. As a puppy we always use the slow kill method to cure the condition.  If an owner wanted to use a fast kill, which we do not recommend, then of course it would be up to them.  Slow kill is extremely effective with young dogs.   ##2594847##

Moose3 was discovered as a stray in south Naples FL. He was taken to animal control where he was treated for is ailments such as skin dryness, flea bite dermatitus and being underweight. He is HW Pos and will be treated with doxy and slow kill. He is a large dog weighing 90 pounds now, but he will be 110 when he regains his true weight. He is as calm as a dog can be. He is affectionate and does work for treats. He is housebroken and crate trained as well as being able to take copmmands from strangers. He accepts everyone.  He is a true family dog and would be great around kids. ##2613870##
