Story
PUPPY WHISKY is a BIG puppy weighing about 80 pounds and 9 months of age. He will be neutered in a week or so and is utd on shots. He will be chipped at the time of neutering. He has no manners but he is extremely people and dog friendly. He was relinquished to us from a family that just didn't have the time to train him. They thought love would conquer training and soon realized that he was way toooo much for them. He is housebroken and as handsome as a dog can possibly be. he will be 100 pounds when fully grown. He has had zero training and although he is extremely friendly he is a ditz.  I gave him his first lesson on a pinch collar today and he finally accepted it but he has a really long way to go to get his CGC. He will require, like all puppies a $500 bond to insure he gets a CGC before the bond check is released. He is a medium sable (not too dark or light) and he is a large dog. he would only be adoptable to a person or family with the time and training history to take on a boy like him.  He does love to be petted and cuddled but has little training  and hardly a recall.   ##1981190##

Story
NAYA was owned by a family and then discarded for some reason in the Naples area. She had been at the pound in the past as a stray but recovered; but this time she was dumped and the family had no interest in taking her back. She is a super sweet girl. She is dog and people friendly, loves ball, loves to be petted and is extremely affectionate. She is about 80 pounds, 5 yrs old, black and tam, hw neg, spayed and housebroken. She would be a fabulous companion for anyone. She is somewhat trained but need basic obedience., She does walk well on a lead and sits etc but needs a refresher course. She is available immediately.  ##1973904##

Story
Robbie is a 4 year old shep mix that was taken in by one of our fosters from a local shelter. He has been with them for 5 months and has shown to be super people, dog and cat friendly. In order for them to foster more dogs they have decided to put Robbie up for adoption. I have personally tested him and he is social, well adjusted, housebroken, neutered, healthy, hw neg, utd on shots and chipped. He is affectionate and would make a great companion for any family. He is good with kids and a confident dog.      He weighs about 75 pounds. He walks well on a lead and yet need basic obedience skills. He knows his name, likes treats and he is eager to please you. He plays extremely well with other dogs and relates immediately to people. ##1913400##

Story
Hi, I'm Bernie! I was lost and on my own before the good people at Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue stepped up to help me. Now that I'm fully vetted and healthy, I am ready for a home of my own. I am a good boy who loves my walks! I am people friendly and good with female dogs. I would do best in a home without other male dogs or cats (they're fun to chase!). I'm even housebroken!. The shelter thinks I'm a German Sheppard mix and about 4 years old. I weigh 46 pounds, so I'm a good sized boy. My adoption fee of $250 covers my up-to-date vaccines, microchip, heartworm test (negative), neuter, and all the TLC I have received here. If you'd like to make me part of your family, please go to www.gofar.dog and complete an adoption application. If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. If you'd like to experience all the love I have, and want to make me part of your family, please complete the adoption application by pasting this link into your browser: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sm2546&method=online_form_html&formid=21

Story
Hi I'm Nala! I was found as a stray in the Miami area trying to survive on the streets. I appear to have had puppies in the past, but raising babies and fighting to survive are behind me now! I'm happy and healthy and ready for my forever home. I'm estimated at 1-2 years old and around 60 lbs and I'm a Shepherd mix, but a little on the shorter side. I'm really super cute and very people friendly, but can be dog selective. I would do better with a calmer, well-balanced dog. My $250 adoption fee includes deworming, vet check, up to date shots, heartworm test (negative) microchip and spay, all already done. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete an application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. Story
Very handsome boy was found as a stray and end it up in a shelter on death row. Was his last few hours until we decided to take him. He is heartworm positive and the shelter is treating him in march. He is not contagious!!! He is 5 years old and 65LBS- He was listed as a GMS but might have some A note from his foster Mom Patricia: Hello, My name is Caius. I am a mixed breed dog. I could possibly be a bit of German Shepard/ Lab mix. A test will determine for exactness. I am less than 4 years old. I am potty trained, cubby trained, and cat trained. The shelter had fixed me, so I am not able to replicate my cuteness. My foster mom has been taking very good care of me and will continue to do so until I am able to find my forever home. I enjoy long walks and on weekends, I get to have a pup cup. I love hugs and laying on the couch with my humans. I would love to eat what my human eats, but she is insistent that I only have kibble mixed with a little bit of water. I do tend to bark at some dogs when walking, but I am only trying to make friends. It’s just how I communicate. My human said I need to work on that. I love attention from other people. I love when they talk and pet me. My Foster Mom has three cats, so I had to learn that I am not the king of the castle. They are not as playful as I would like them to be. All they want to do is sleep. I on the other hand want to play. So, here are my requests for my future human parents.  I want to be the king of the castle.  I will settle for a friendly, playful dog brother/ sister. Long walks twice a day- I need to burn off energy.  Pup cups once a week- I do not want to gain unnecessary weight. A doggy bone for going into my cubby. Lots of hugs and kisses! My own couch or being able to sit and lay with my human while we watch T.V. Keeping my health check ups to date. I hope you can seriously consider me. If you are interested please fill out the application to adopt. www.findahomegiveahome.com- His adoption fee is $200 - He is uptodate on his vaccines, micro and is neutered.
