Story
She’s smart, eager, and full of puppy energy — the shelter is no place for a baby like her. Volunteers say she’s quick to learn and loves to sit patiently for treats. She just needs structure, love, and a home that can show her what life outside a kennel feels like.

Story
Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! “Meet Chase! This guy is seriously handsome and knows how to work the camera. Every time I walked past his kennel, he was resting quietly, not making a sound. But once we got him outside, he totally opened up and showed his happy, energetic side. Chase is super friendly with both people and dogs, and he loves to play. He works well for treats, checks in often, and really seems like a people pleaser. He’s the kind of dog who’s going to make an awesome companion for someone.”

Story
RRRAAAAAWWWWWWWWRRRRRRR. Chugga chugga choo choo, it's Bear time! I know yinz love pitbulls, but it's about time we got a bit of variety around here. Bear was an owner surrender when his previous family who took him in were unable to keep providing the life he deserves. However, while he was in their care, it was very evident that he was very loved and cared for, and is now ready for a forever, stable home. He is perfectly healthy and is already neutered, so he is ready to go home! We were told he can be a shy guy at first, but he warms up incredibly quickly (I'm talking within seconds)! He's a special guy who deserves a special home. He's shown some conflicting behaviors around other dogs, and might do best as the only pup in your life. Come down and meet our little Bear today! Rawr XD! Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh Northside – 1101 Western Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15233 Kennel License # 1121
