Primrose Local is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! Meet Primrose an estimated 2 year old Bernadoodle mix. Primrose is a beautiful girl with a heartwarming story. Picked up by local animal control, she was scared, matted, and unknowingly pregnant. Since then, she has flourished in our care, giving birth and embracing her role as a loving mother. Now, Primrose is ready for her own forever family. Primrose is a happy and healthy girl who adores people, dogs, and kids. She is looking for an active family who can provide her with the love, training, stability, and grooming she needs. As a doodle mix, regular brushing and grooming are a must to keep her coat in top condition. She is having a hardtime with house training, coming from shelter life, then spending the first 6 weeks with her pups she learned to use pee pads. With lots of consistency and positive rewards she getting better every day. Primrose is a counter surfer & will get until the trash if allowed. If you are looking for a sweet and loving companion to join your family, Primrose may be the perfect match for you. Mirabel belonged to a family that was not taking care of her. They ran over her leg and did not take her to the vet. The grandmother took her from them because she was dragging a broken leg. The grandmother put her on a chain. Can you believe it?! A Good Samaritan found out about her and got her for us. Mirabel has had the leg removed and is doing great. She is also spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on prevention. She gets along with and plays well with other dogs. Mirabel’s foster mom has a button by the door that Mirabel pushes to let her know she needs to go out to potty. What a great girl and oh so pretty. Thank you for your interest in a Save a Stray pet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality.
