Story
Meet Candy!
Sweet, spirited, and perfectly wrapped up for the season, Candy is ready to find her forever family just in time for the holidays.
Breed: Mini Bernedoodle
Age: 3 months old
Estimated Adult Size: ~30 lbs full grown
Coat: Stunning black-and-white wavy, low-shedding fleece coat
Personality & Quirks
True to her name, Candy is pure, unadulterated sweetness with a dash of holiday sparkle. She strikes the ultimate puppy balance: part bouncy, playful shadow and part velcro lap baby.
The Ultimate Snuggle Bug: Candy believes personal space is purely a suggestion. Her favorite place to be is nestled directly under your chin or draped across your lap like a little scarf. She gives the gentlest, softest puppy kisses and sighs with deep contentment the second you start rubbing behind her fluffy ears.
Playful & Goofy: When playtime hits, her silly side shines. She has the cutest, spring-loaded puppy pounce—trotting around proudly with her favorite squeaky toy, tossing it into the air, and doing little celebratory head tilts when you praise her.
Naturally Polite & Observant: While she has plenty of bright, happy puppy energy, she also possesses that calm, thoughtful Bernese intuition. Instead of getting frantic, Candy often sits down politely like a little lady, tilting her head from side to side to study what you’re doing with wide, soulful eyes.
Social & Affectionate: She loves making friends and greets every human with a soft, full-body tail wag. She takes comfort in being near her people and thrives on companionship and reassurance.
Routine & Training
Candy is an inquisitive, highly trainable girl with an eager-to-please mindset. Thanks to her sharp poodle intelligence and treat-motivated nature, she picks up on cues quickly. She will flourish with a dedicated family ready to guide her through standard puppy fundamentals—crate training, housebreaking, leash manners, and continued daily socialization.
Ideal Forever Home
Candy would make a dream companion for an active individual, couple, or family ready for the lifelong love and structure that comes with raising a young pup. Whether heading out for crisp autumn walks, playing fetch in the yard, or curling up by the fire on a chilly winter evening, Candy is ready to bring endless joy and warmth into her new home.

At Twin Titans, we redefine what rescue looks like. We operate as a luxury rescue, setting a standard far beyond basic shelter survival. Healing a rescue is an intentional craft, and our dogs receive an elevated level of personalized, holistic care designed to set them up for a seamless transition into their forever homes.
Top-Tier Nutrition & Supplements: While standard rescues often rely on whatever donated, low-cost kibble is available, we invest in premium, nutrient-dense diets and targeted wellness regimens. From high-grade proteins to specialized joint, gut, and coat supplements, we nourish our dogs from the inside out to resolve chronic stress, heal past neglect, and build lasting physical resilience.
Generalized & Intentional Conditioning: Decompression shouldn’t just begin at adoption day—we do the groundwork here. Through daily structure, gentle exposure, and individual behavioral handling, we condition our dogs to navigate real-world environments with confidence.
Seamless Transitions: This tailored approach drastically cuts down their decompression time once adopted. Instead of months of fear, confusion, and digestive upset, our dogs enter your home balanced, physically thriving, and ready to bond.
Rescue should be the gold standard, not a compromise. When you bring home a dog from Twin Titans, you are welcoming an animal that hasn’t just been saved—they’ve been thoroughly prepared to flourish.
Where Your Adoption Fee Goes
Every dollar of our adoption fee is directly reinvested into our mission of rescue and renewal. Your fee doesn't just cover the immediate costs of your new best friend’s veterinary care, vaccinations, and daily nourishment—it extends a lifeline to the next animal in need. Beyond individual care, a portion of these funds goes directly toward building our permanent sanctuary, helping us create a safe, state-of-the-art haven for misunderstood and unadoptable dogs. When you adopt from us, you aren't just saving one life; you are actively helping build a foundation of safety for countless others.
