If your idea of the perfect day includes a leisurely walk, a cozy couch, and a dog curled up beside you asking for belly rubs, then June is about to steal your heart.
This adorable 5-year-old, 41-pound Doodle mix is the definition of a gentle soul. Sweet, calm, and incredibly affectionate, June's favorite place is right next to her people. Whether she's resting her head on your shoulder, rolling over for belly rubs, or offering you her paw, she's always looking for a little extra love.
June is on the submissive side and has a soft, easygoing personality. She's happiest in a calm home where she can build her confidence at her own pace. Because of her gentle nature, we think she'd do best in a home with older, respectful children who understand how to let a shy dog settle in comfortably.
This lovable girl is fully house-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, rides great in the car, and rarely barks. She's content going for a nice stroll around the neighborhood just as much as she's content curling up for an afternoon nap. While she's living with another dog, she's more of an observer than a playmate, happily coexisting without needing to be the center of attention.
June already knows sit, come, and paw, and she's eager to please. She doesn't resource guard and has wonderful house manners—just remember to keep tempting snacks off the counter because this clever girl may occasionally help herself if food is left within reach!
With her soft, low-shedding coat, loving heart, and calm demeanor, June is the kind of dog who will quietly become your very best friend. All she's looking for is a family who will give her the patience, love, and belly rubs she deserves.
