While she may have started a little unsure like her sister, Cocoa decided pretty quickly that this “new life adventure” thing is actually kind of exciting. Leash walking? She nailed it almost immediately. Treats from your hand? Yes, please and thank you. Seeking out affection? Already on it. This girl is smart — the kind of smart that watches, processes, and then figures it out before you’ve finished explaining. She loves interaction and will happily trot over to see what you’re doing, offering those soft eyes and that fluffy doodle face that makes you forget what you were doing in the first place. Cocoa has shown absolutely zero aggression — not with food, not with people, not with other dogs. She shares politely and handles everything with a sweet, steady demeanor. She’s house trained, good with other dogs, and cats are currently unknown (slow introductions are always the golden rule). Because she’s still young and adjusting, older respectful kids would likely be the best fit. This 28-pound brown-and-white beauty is as sweet as her name suggests. Her mama looks just like a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog, and the breeder said the pups were Bernedoodles — which explains her soft, non-shedding coat and those “painted by an artist” good looks. Cinnamon is a little shy at first — think “fragile flower just starting to bloom” vibes —as she is already blossoming more and more every day. She happily lets us pet her all over, has shown absolutely zero signs of aggression, and recently discovered that treats are, in fact, one of life’s greatest inventions. That discovery has really boosted her enthusiasm for training. Funny how that works. 😉 She’s learning how to walk on a leash and is catching on quickly. Once she trusts you, she’s interactive, affectionate, and wonderfully sweet. The kind of dog who will bond deeply and become your quiet little shadow. Because she’s still building confidence, we think she’d do best in a home without very small children. Older, respectful kids should be just fine. She gets along well with other dogs, is house trained, and cats are currently an unknown (though slow introductions are always the key). Story
Leo is the sweetest, happiest boy with such a loving personality. He’s fully trained - knows sit, lay down, stay, and even “whisper.” He’s wonderful with other dogs and kids and truly just wants to play and be close to his people. He’s a St. Bernadoodle. His dad was a black merle Standard Poodle, and his mom was a St. Bernard / Bernese Mountain Dog / Poodle mix, giving him a beautiful look and gentle temperament. Leo has a partially torn ligament in his knee and needs surgery. I’m committed to helping pay for it and he is insured. Recovery is 8-12 weeks of limited activity plus simple at-home PT. I recently accepted a job in New York and don’t feel I can manage the move and his recovery properly. This is incredibly hard- he is truly an amazing dog who deserves the very best home. I know it’s a lot to ask, but I’m hoping to find someone who can give Leo the loving, steady home he deserves. He truly is an amazing boy and will give so much love in return.

FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Cole! Cole is an adorable 1-year-old, 9 lb Yorkiepoo who came to us as an owner surrender when his previous owner could no longer care for him. He is currently thriving in a foster home and is ready to find his forever family! Cole is a happy, energetic, and playful little guy with a big personality packed into a small body. He is extremely social, loves people, and absolutely lives for playtime with other dogs. He plays hard, can be vocal, and has a ton of youthful puppy energy ~ so he is looking for a home with another young, playful dog who can be his full-time playmate and help keep him well-socialized and fulfilled. Because of his energy level and vocal nature, Cole requires a freestanding home with a securely fenced yard — apartments, condos, and shared-wall living are not a good fit for him. He also does not do well with crate confinement and prefers the freedom to move around and explore his home environment. Cole is smart, eager, and still very much in his puppy phase. He will benefit from an adopter who is committed to continuing his training, providing structure, and giving him plenty of physical and mental outlets. A young, active household that enjoys play, enrichment, and daily activity would be ideal for him. This spunky boy will also need regular grooming to keep his soft coat healthy and looking its best. At the end of a busy day, Cole loves to cuddle up and soak in attention from his people ~ he’s affectionate, sweet, and full of love! If you’re looking for a fun, energetic companion and have a playful dog at home looking for a best friend, Cole may be the perfect match for you!
